Pastor Aaron was born and raised in Eastern Oregon and has a passion to live out the gospel by sharing the love of Jesus with others. Pastor Aaron most recently served at First Baptist Church of La Grande as an Associate Pastor for over 10 years before being sent out as a church planter to Pendleton. Aaron was raised on a wheat and hay farm and enjoys ‘hobby farming’ now with a few chickens and goats. If you want to find Aaron in his free time just look for a tractor or some other project that he might be working on. Aaron and Kati both believe Proverbs 6:6 where God tells us to be busy like ants.

Aaron and his beautiful wife Kati have four children and serve their communities by fostering other children as well. They have been married for over 20 years and love spending time outdoors as a family whether it’s camping, hiking, swimming, boating, skiing, or anything else they can do together!
